The Pelican Services has a boat that can accommodate up to 6 people in style and comfort. The Captains are experienced and knowledgeable to make your Offshore Trip successful and Fun. The crew is handy and can accommodate you, as well as, land the Big One. The Pelican Services also practices catch and release of all Billfish and supports tagging and clipping for scientific examination through NOAA.

The Gulf of Mexico

Leave the dock around 8:00 am and fish between 10 and 20 miles off the South Padre Island coast. This trip catches fish such as Red Snapper, Cobia, Grouper, and Shark. This trip consists of bottom fishing reefs and structure.

Leave the dock around 8:00 am and fish between 20 and 40 miles off the South Padre Island coast. This trip catches fish such as Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Tuna, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Shark, and Sailfish. This trip consists of trolling and coving larger areas of the bottom for bigger fish.

This is a Billfish trip. We leave the dock preferably around 5:00 am and fish between 30 to 80 miles off the South Padre Island coast. This is where we troll for the "Monsters"...Yellowfin Tuna, Shark, Wahoo, Sailfish, and Blue Marlin.

We will have Over-Night trips that will create a 2 day "Getaway" and an assortment of fishing techniques...both day and night!
